Elissa Buenrostro

Senior Associate Attorney

Since third grade, Elissa knew she wanted to be an attorney to help and protect others. Years later, she has helped hundreds of clients obtain recoveries from wrongdoers, employers and insurance companies. Elissa has the skill, tenacity, and experience to handle all types of personal injury, employment, and civil rights cases. She is RA LAW's most senior associate and involved with all aspects of civil litigation including case retention, discovery, depositions, trials, and appeals. She is also involved with Firm planning, organizing and forecasting. 

Before representing our clients, Elissa attended Loyola Marymount University (LMU), where she double majored in both English and History. After undergraduate, she attended law school at Southwestern Law School. While in law school, Elissa interned for the Constitutional Rights Foundation and also externed at the American Civil Liberties Union. She also served as editor on Southwestern's entertainment law blog, the Biederman Blog, and also served as President of the the Latino Law Students Association. 

In her free time, Elissa enjoys spending her time with her family and friends, cooking and baking, exercising, and attending concerts.
